My typical turnaround time for a standard website project is 4-8 weeks, though this depends on how quickly you can provide the necessary materials. The timeline may vary significantly based on the complexity of the website and design.

1. Discovery and Strategy
In this initial phase, I focus on gaining a deep understanding of your business, goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. We collaborate to define the project’s objectives, desired features, and overall vision, ensuring the strategic plan aligns with your business model and goals.
2. Proposal and Agreement
Following the discovery session, a comprehensive proposal is provided, outlining the project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables. Once the proposal is agreed upon, a contract is signed to formalize the agreement, ensuring both parties are aligned on the terms and expectations.
3. Design and Mockups
With the project scope in mind, the design phase begins with creating wireframes and mockups that visualize the website’s layout, user interface, and user experience. This step allows for feedback and revisions to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision.
4. Development
Upon approval of the design, the development phase kicks off. This involves building the website on a CMS (WordPress, WIX, Squarespace), integrating functionalities, adding content and optimizing it for SEO, and ensuring responsiveness across devices. Regular updates are provided to keep you informed of the progress.
5. Testing

6. Launch
Once testing is complete and you approve the final website, it’s time for the launch. The website is deployed to the live server, and any necessary domain configurations are made.
7. Post Launch Support and/or Training
Once the website is live, I offer ongoing support and maintenance, including plugin updates, content revisions, security checks, and performance monitoring. Additionally, I offer training to help you manage the site, update content, and troubleshoot, so you can confidently maintain it on your own if preferred.
