Scott Barker, the founder of PathForward and an avid hiking enthusiast, wanted the site’s look and feel to mirror his passion for exploration and strategy—paralleling how PathForward helps clients chart their own paths through complex landscapes.
I led the website redesign process with a focus on visual storytelling, brand alignment, and usability. Incorporated subtle nods to the outdoors (maps, trails, wayfinding motifs) to reinforce the metaphor of guidance, strategy, and forward movement.
The final website presented a refreshed, engaging, and authentic digital presence for PathForward Communications—one that reflects both their strategic savvy and the personal passion behind the brand. The visual identity is now aligned with the firm’s mission and values, offering a compelling and differentiated experience for current and prospective clients.
